Should Public Sector Union Workers be making what they are making? No, No and Hell no. They should no longer be called Public Sector “Workers” but rather, Public Sector “Earners”. When you earn more than the work you put out–this is the time we should cease to use the term “worker” and use the term “earner”.
What bothers me about the Wisconsin situation is that none of the so-called tea party people seem to be out there. Not based on some of the coverage I’ve seen–which was just a little bit on Shepard Smith’s show. (Again, it kills me to watch the journalists over and over using the term “Workers” when describing these people. Can we at least compromise and call them “Working Earners” just to remind ourselves that those of us in the private sector have to subsidize their ass big time. If they don’t like earning less or not getting a lifetime off with a big pension or paying for their own medical insurance, can they just go find a job that will pay them more in the private sector? What pathetic jerks these people are in the statehouse. Of course they all got paid by us to be there by using their personal time off. Another priviledge us in the private sector have to pay for but do not get for our own selves necessarily.
